We are seeking an innovative, data driven and analytical candidate to oversee content partner operations & contract management with key content owners.

The Operations Manager will be the central point between several corporate legal counsels, business operations, and product teams.

They will be responsible to ensure the completion of contractual documents allowing for the on-boarding of current partners.

They will also be responsible to generate day to day content performance reports and maintenance of internal reporting tools such as Cascada, Air Table and Salesforce.

Role & responsibilities

- Work with Managers during partner on-boarding assessment
- Work with Managers to get internal content partner approvals
- Follow-ups to have contracts closed
- Ensure they are uploaded/registered in the right Client systems.
- Drive post launch initiatives such as collaborative marketing, partner reporting, billing requirements etc.
- Manage financial analysis,



budget forecasting and commercial modelling for all content / channel deals
- Develop a daily dashboard for content consumption tracking using internal systems such as Cascada.
- Ensuring all partner details are uploaded partner management tools such as Salesforce and Air table.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor degree in business or other relevant academic background
- 3-5 years prior experience in Broadcast Distribution/OTT/DTH industries is preferred.
- Strong commercial contracts drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up commercial decisions
- Exceptional organizational and management skills
- Attention to detail, accuracy and precision
