Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Designer (Image & Video) role based in Hyderabad.

The Content

Designer will create visual content, including images, illustrations, motion graphics, and short-form video, that clearly communicates product features, workflows, and engineering concepts. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with product, marketing, and engineering teams to understand requirements; translating complex ideas into compelling visual narratives; and maintaining a consistent visual style across platforms. The role involves planning and executing content campaigns,



managing visual assets, and optimizing content for digital channels.

The Content

Designer will also iterate on existing visual content based on feedback, performance metrics, and user research.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Content Design skills, including image creation, video production, and visual storytelling.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy and Content Management skills to plan, organize, and maintain visual assets across multiple channels.
- Candidates should possess Communication and Research skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and understand user needs.
- Experience with design and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar) is highly beneficial.
- Understanding of digital platforms, basic UI/UX principles, and optimizing content for web and social media is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
