About the Role

We are looking for a creative Content Creator & Social Media Executive to create engaging content, manage our social media presence, and increase brand awareness and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Create reels, short videos, stories, captions, and social media posts.
- Write scripts and participate in on-camera content, including product demonstrations and promotional videos.
- Manage company profiles on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan and maintain a social media content calendar.
- Research trending topics, formats, hashtags, and audience preferences.
- Coordinate with designers and video editors to deliver content on time.
- Respond to comments and messages professionally.
- Monitor reach, engagement, follower growth,



and content performance.
- Suggest new ideas to improve organic visibility and engagement.

Requirements

- Strong content creation, writing, and communication skills.
- Comfortable appearing on camera.
- Understanding of social media platforms and social media optimization (SMO).
- Basic knowledge of Canva and video editing tools.
- Ability to write engaging captions and short video scripts in Hindi and English.
- Good time management and attention to detail.
- A portfolio or examples of previous content will be an advantage.
