We’re looking for detail-oriented and tech-savvy candidates to join our team as Full-Time Content Bug Resolution Interns . You’ll help identify and resolve academic content bugs across our digital learning platform.

? What You’ll Do:-

- Resolve content bug tickets by following documented instructions.
- Update and verify fixes across slides and digital content.
- Maintain accuracy while meeting daily productivity targets.
- Flag unclear issues instead of guessing.

? Productivity Targets:-

- Daily Target: 100 tickets
- Monthly Target: 2,400 tickets
- Performance Incentives:



Earn additional incentives based on volume and accuracy above the target.

✅ What We’re Looking For:-

- Good computer skills and typing speed.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable using Google Slides, Google Docs, and web-based tools.
- A personal laptop/desktop and a reliable internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps).
- Availability to work full-time from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM .
- Candidates who are genuinely interested in and committed to a full-time internship .
