CBRE is looking for a Consultant - Valuation to join our Valuation & Advisory Services team in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and analyze commercial real estate valuation and appraisal reports.

- Conduct property, market, and transactional research.

- Analyze comparable sales, lease data, and market trends.

- Evaluate income-producing assets using valuation methodologies.

- Prepare market value reports, financial analyses, and supporting documentation.

- Develop cash flow projections and operating statements.

- Verify transaction and market data through industry research.

- Support valuation assignments across various asset classes.

- Present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.

- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of valuation reports.

Desired Profile

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Real Estate, Engineering, or related discipline.

- 2-8 years of experience in Real Estate Valuation, Appraisal, Advisory, or Investment Analysis.

- Solid financial modeling and analytical skills.

- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
