We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a robust background in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI). The ideal candidate acts as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders, risk teams, and engineering departments to transform complex financial requirements into scalable digital products.

Beyond traditional business analysis practices, this role demands hands-on execution using SQL, Python, and Generative AI/LLM tools to automate analytical workflows, inspect large financial datasets, accelerate requirements synthesis, and support AI-driven financial initiatives.

Key Responsibilities – Part 1: Requirements & Functional Strategy

- Requirements Engineering: Lead workshops with business units to capture, analyze, and formalize Business
- Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and Agile Epics/User Stories.
- Process Optimization: Map current-state ("As-Is") and future-state ("To-Be") financial workflows using BPMN tools to eliminate operational bottlenecks and streamline compliance checks.
- Regulatory & Compliance Alignment:



Ensure all technical solution specs comply with relevant financial standards (e.g., Basel III/IV, GDPR, PSD2, PCI-DSS) and internal risk guidelines.

Key Responsibilities – Part 2: Technical Execution & AI Integration

- Data Mining & Analytics (SQL): Query complex relational and cloud databases (Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Oracle) to pull transactional data, analyze customer behavior, and validate business rules.
- Python Analytics & Automation: Write automated scripts to perform exploratory data analysis (EDA), aggregate multi-source data feeds, and generate data quality audit reports.
- AI Tool Deployment & Prototyping: Leverage AI coding assistants and LLMs to accelerate documentation, automatically generate UAT test scenarios, and assist Data Science teams in scoping AI/ML models (e.g., fraud scoring, credit risk evaluation).
- UAT & Stakeholder Management: Design test scripts, oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinate release rollouts, and act as the technical liaison for non-technical leadership.
