Role Description The Construction Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring work is executed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards. The supervisor coordinates with contractors, workers, and project managers to manage schedules, resource allocation, and site logistics.

Responsibilities include conducting regular inspections, monitoring compliance with safety regulations, and promptly addressing any on-site issues or risks.



The role also requires maintaining detailed site records, reporting progress, and communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project milestones.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills and experience in Site Supervision, including managing teams and coordinating multiple in office activities.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with contractors, workers, clients, and internal stakeholders, and to prepare clear reports and documentation.
- Candidates should possess solid Inspection skills, with the ability to review work for quality, adherence to plans, and compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Candidates should possess a thorough understanding of Construction Safety, including implementation of safety protocols, risk identification, and incident prevention.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field are preferred.
- Prior experience in supervising construction or infrastructure projects, ideally in healthcare or commercial facilities, is beneficial.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schedules, and specifications, and to use basic project management and documentation tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site under time constraints and changing conditions.
