Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Construction Manager to lead and oversee the execution of residential real estate projects, particularly villas and multistorey apartment developments.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record of delivering construction projects within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and supervise end-to-end construction activities for villa and residential apartment projects.
- Oversee project execution, resource allocation, scheduling, and site operations.
- Ensure adherence to approved architectural and structural drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
- Monitor construction progress, project budgets, material utilization, and overall cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with applicable construction regulations, safety standards, and statutory requirements.




- Identify project risks, resolve site-level challenges, and implement corrective measures.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and site supervisors to ensure timely project delivery.
- Prepare project progress reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure quality workmanship across civil, structural, finishing, and associated construction activities.

- Required Qualifications & Experience

- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering – Mandatory.
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in real estate construction.
- Proven experience in executing villa and residential apartment projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project planning, budgeting, and quality control.
- Experience in managing multiple contractors, site teams, and project stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Excel, or equivalent construction management tools is preferred.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
