About us

Confident Communicators Club (C3) is a structured English communication programme for children aged 6–17, built by Learningsol / Gamified Club (incubated at NSRCEL, IIM Bangalore). Our mission is simple: make high-quality English education, usually available only at a premium, affordable and accessible, delivered through neighbourhood chapters led by passionate facilitators.

Children progress through three tiers (Explorers 6–9, Bridge 10–13, Mastery 14–17) across three tracks: Public Speaking, Creative Writing and Language Lab. Sessions are gamified, activity-led, and supported by our own practice platform and ready-to-use facilitator packs.

The role

As a Chapter Facilitator, you'll run C3 sessions for a small group of children in your community, bringing our curriculum to life and helping every child find their voice.

What you'll do

- Deliver C3 sessions using our structured curriculum and facilitator packs
- Create a warm, inclusive space where every child, whatever their background, feels welcome and heard
- Coach children in speaking, writing and everyday communication through games, discussions and creative tasks
- Track learner progress and share regular updates with parents




- Help build your chapter by engaging with families in your neighbourhood
- Take part in facilitator training and community calls

Who we're looking for

- Excellent spoken and written English
- Experience teaching, tutoring, training or mentoring children or young adults (retired teachers and educators warmly welcome)
- Patience, energy and a genuine love of working with kids
- Comfortable using straightforward online tools and our practice platform
- Committed to keeping sessions neutral on religion and politics, so the classroom belongs to every child
- Bonus: background in public speaking, debate, drama, creative writing or language coaching
