Responsibilities

- Billing, invoices, challans and data entry - Maintain stock & sales records in Busy accounting software - Prepare quotations, reports and files in Excel / Word - Handle emails, phone calls and general office work Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of experience as computer operator / office assistant - Working knowledge of Busy accounting software preferred - Valuable typing speed and knowledge of MS Excel and Word Timing: 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM Salary: Rs. 16,000 to 20,000 per month (based on experience)
