Role Description The Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Operator will be responsible for operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality components used in Dtale’s home products. Day-to-day tasks include setting up machines, interpreting technical drawings, selecting appropriate tools and materials, and monitoring machining processes to meet design specifications and safety standards. The role also involves inspecting finished parts for accuracy, performing basic maintenance on equipment, and collaborating with design and production teams to optimize manufacturing workflows.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi,



requiring consistent presence on the shop floor and adherence to production schedules.

Qualifications

- CNC and general Machine Operation skills, including setup, calibration, and secure handling of machinery.
- Machining and Milling skills for producing precise components according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Quality Control skills to inspect parts, identify defects, and maintain consistent production standards.
- Experience working with various materials and an understanding of material properties relevant to machining.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to workplace safety.
- Prior experience as a CNC operator or in a similar manufacturing role; vocational training or certification in machining or mechanical engineering is preferred.
