Key Responsibilities

1. Desktop &

- Laptop Support

- Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop, laptop, hardware, and software issues.

- Install, configure, and upgrade Windows operating systems and applications.

- Perform hardware replacement, RAM and SSD upgrades, and system maintenance.

- Troubleshoot printer, scanner, and other peripheral device issues.

- Install and configure IT devices at client locations.

2. Networking &

- Infrastructure

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, switches, routers, and network cabling.

- Configure and install routers, wireless access points, and enterprise Wi-Fi systems.

- Troubleshoot IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, internet connectivity, and network performance issues.

- Perform structured cabling, patch panel termination, rack installation, and cable management.

- Conduct network testing and resolve connectivity issues.

3. CCTV &

- Security Systems

- Install and configure IP cameras, CCTV systems, NVRs, and DVRs.

- Configure camera IP addresses, recording settings, and remote viewing.

- Troubleshoot camera connectivity, recording, and network-related issues.

4. IT Device Installation &

- Maintenance

- Install, configure, and maintain printers, scanners, biometric devices, and other IT peripherals.

- Perform preventive maintenance and routine IT infrastructure checks.

- Maintain installation records, service reports,



and technical documentation.

- Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients.

5. Client &

- Field Support

- Visit client locations for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

- Coordinate with clients and provide timely resolution of technical issues.

- Maintain skilled communication and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Prepare daily service reports and update job completion status.

Required Skills &

- Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in computer hardware, networking, and field support.

- Strong troubleshooting skills for desktop and laptop hardware and software.

- Practical knowledge of Windows installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

- Experience in router, switch, and wireless access point installation and configuration.

- Good knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, IP addressing, DHCP, and DNS.

- Experience in CCTV/IP camera, NVR, and DVR installation and configuration.

- Knowledge of structured cabling, crimping, cable testing, and rack installation.

- Ability to work independently and resolve technical issues at client sites.

- Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

- Willingness to travel to client locations as required.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
