Job Responsibilities:

- Attend to customers and understand their laptop/desktop issues.

- Handle device inward entries, job cards, and customer details.

- Diagnose hardware and software problems and perform repairs.

- Provide repair estimates, updates, and delivery timelines to customers.

- Maintain records of repairs, spare parts, and device status.

- Ensure safe handling of customer devices and timely delivery.

- Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting.

Requirements:

- Knowledge of laptop/desktop hardware, Windows OS, and troubleshooting.

- Experience in hardware repair and diagnosis preferred.

- Good customer handling and communication skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
