Job Title: Community Service Officer (CSO)

Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹24000 per month

Job Responsibilities

Conduct field visits and interact with customers in assigned areas.

Assist in customer onboarding and documentation.

Support loan application processing and verification.

Conduct customer meetings and explain loan-related information.

Follow up on repayments and maintain regular customer communication.

Maintain accurate records and submit daily reports.

Achieve assigned business targets while following company policies.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Minimum Plus Two; graduates preferred.

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.

Skills: Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to work in the field and travel within the assigned area.

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
