Role Description The Community Growth Ambassador is a remote, contract role responsible for expanding and engaging the Digital Balika community across digital platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to potential community members, nurturing relationships through online conversations, and moderating discussions to ensure a welcoming and supportive environment. The role involves planning and promoting community events, collecting feedback from members, and sharing insights with the team to refine programs and content.





The ambassador will collaborate with content creators and program leads to amplify key initiatives, support partnerships, and help maintain consistent messaging aligned with Digital Balika’s mission.

Qualifications

- Community engagement and relationship-building skills, with experience nurturing online communities or interest groups.
- Digital communication skills, including proficiency with social media platforms, online forums, and messaging tools.
- Organizational and coordination skills to manage outreach activities, community events, and follow-up tasks.
- Basic content creation and storytelling abilities to craft clear, inclusive messages and highlight member success stories.
- Empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a strong alignment with Digital Balika’s mission of empowerment and inclusion.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-evolving initiative.
- Prior experience in community management, outreach, education, or social impact programs is beneficial.
- Comfort with digital tools and platforms, familiarity with online learning or mentorship communities is a plus.
