We are looking for a passionate and engaging Communication Trainer to deliver effective training sessions that enhance participants’ verbal communication, interpersonal skills, confidence, and professional workplace etiquette.

The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator with strong facilitation skills and the ability to engage learners through interactive activities, role-plays, and practical exercises.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training sessions on spoken English, verbal and non-verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Improve participants’ fluency, vocabulary, pronunciation, grammar, and listening skills.
- Deliver sessions on presentation skills, public speaking, active listening, and confidence building.
- Train learners in qualified communication, workplace etiquette, email writing, and telephone etiquette.
- Conduct group discussions, mock interviews, role-plays, and interactive learning activities.




- Assess participants’ communication levels and track their progress.
- Develop training materials, presentations, worksheets, and session plans.
- Maintain attendance, assessment records, and training reports.
- Adapt training methods according to learners’ needs and proficiency levels.

Required Skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage learners and manage groups effectively.
- Good knowledge of communication and soft-skills training methodologies.
- Confidence in conducting classroom, corporate, or online training sessions.
- Strong organizational skills and a learner-focused approach.

Pay: ₹9,300.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
