Commis II – (Simple)

Position: Commis II (Kitchen)

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Assist chef in food preparation.
- Cutting vegetables, cleaning meat, basic cooking.
- Keep kitchen area clean and hygienic.
- Follow instructions of senior chef.
- Prepare mise-en-place before service.
- Help in receiving and storing food items.
- Avoid food wastage.
- Work as a team in kitchen.

Requirements:

- 1-2 years kitchen experience.
- Basic cooking knowledge.
- Hardworking and team player.
- Ready to work in shifts.
