Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Commercial Vehicle role based in Bhubaneswar. The role involves identifying and developing commercial vehicle sales opportunities, meeting prospective and existing customers, explaining product features, and guiding customers through the financing process. Daily activities include managing inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with internal teams for purchasing and documentation, and ensuring timely delivery and post-sales support.

The role also includes maintaining customer accounts, tracking payments,



handling basic issue resolution, and preparing regular sales and activity reports.

Qualifications

- Solid Communication skills for interacting with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Customer Service and Account Management skills to handle queries, build relationships, and manage customer records.
- Sales skills to prospect, negotiate, close deals, and achieve assigned targets in the commercial vehicle segment.
- Purchasing and coordination skills to manage vehicle sourcing, documentation, and delivery in alignment with company procedures.
- Basic understanding of commercial vehicles and vehicle finance products, with ability to explain features and terms clearly.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for documentation, reporting, and data management.
- Ability to work on-site, travel locally as needed, and adapt to a fast-paced field-oriented environment.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, commerce, or a related field; prior experience in automotive or financial services is an advantage.
