We're hiring for a Site Head - Commercial Sales role with a leading real estate developer.

Mandatory Requirements

- 8–15 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate sales.
- Proven experience leading sales teams and managing project-level sales targets.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving high-value commercial property closures.
- Strong understanding of commercial property markets, pricing, negotiations and transaction processes.
- Experience managing channel partners, corporate clients and investor relationships.
- Excellent leadership, commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.

Role Overview Lead overall sales operations for a commercial real estate project, with responsibility for revenue generation, inventory movement, high-value deal closures, team performance and channel partner productivity.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the overall sales strategy, revenue targets, bookings, price realisation and inventory movement for the project.
- Lead and manage closing managers, sourcing managers, sales teams and channel partner networks.
- Drive commercial property sales to corporate clients, investors,



business owners, pre-lease options and institutional buyers.
- Develop sales plans, pricing strategies and deal-closure approaches in coordination with senior management.
- Build solid relationships with key commercial brokers, Institutional partners, corporate decision-makers, wealth firms and investors.
- Monitor sales pipeline, site visits, conversion ratios, booking values and team productivity.
- Drive monthly and quarterly targets and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
- Coordinate with marketing, legal, finance, CRM and project teams to ensure smooth transaction execution.
- Track market trends, competitor activity and customer demand to identify new business opportunities.
- Present sales forecasts, revenue reports and performance updates to senior management.
