About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Collection Manager with strong experience in field collections, payment recovery, outstanding dues management, and team handling. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing field collection executives, driving recovery targets, and ensuring timely collections from customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end field collection and payment recovery operations across the assigned territory.
- Conduct field visits to customers, schools, and business partners for outstanding payment recovery.
- Lead, supervise, and monitor collection executives to achieve monthly recovery targets.
- Develop collection strategies to reduce overdue accounts and improve recovery rates.
- Handle escalated payment disputes, customer concerns, and delayed payment cases.
- Monitor daily collection performance, team productivity, and pending dues.




- Prepare and maintain collection MIS reports, ageing reports, and recovery trackers.
- Coordinate with the sales, finance, and operations teams to resolve payment-related issues.
- Ensure regular follow-ups with customers and maintain professional customer relationships.
- Travel within the assigned territory as required for field collection activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of experience in collections, field recovery, or payment follow-up operations.
- Proven experience in field collections and team handling.
- Strong knowledge of outstanding payment recovery and overdue account management.
- Ability to manage collection executives and drive team performance against targets.
- Good negotiation, communication, and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Sangli and Kolhapur.
- Experience in education, financial services, NBFC, banking, or other B2B collection environments will be an advantage.
