Key Responsibilities: Make collection calls to customers for overdue payments. Follow up on pending dues and ensure timely recovery. Handle customer queries and negotiate payment commitments. Maintain collection records and follow up on promised payments. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in collections or telecalling. Experience in Payday Loans or Bullet Loans is preferred. Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
