Job Summary

Fairdebt Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a result-oriented Team Leader – Collections to manage a team of Collection Executives and drive loan recovery targets. The ideal candidate should have experience in tele-collections, team handling, collection performance monitoring, and customer escalations.

Candidates with experience in NBFCs, fintech companies, digital lending, collection agencies, or BPOs are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of 15–25 Tele-Collection Executives.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly loan recovery targets.
- Monitor team productivity, call volumes, login hours, and collection performance.
- Track Promise to Pay (PTP), collection buckets, recovery rates, and agent-wise achievements.
- Handle escalated customer calls and support the team in resolving collection-related issues.
- Conduct regular team huddles, call audits,



and performance reviews.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports and performance trackers using MS Excel.
- Ensure skilled, ethical, and compliant loan collection practices.
- Coach team members to improve productivity and collection outcomes.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in tele-collections, loan recovery, or debt collection.
- Previous experience as a Team Leader or Assistant Team Leader is preferred.
- Experience in NBFCs, fintech, digital lending, collection agencies, or BPOs is an advantage.
- Knowledge of PTP, collection buckets, recovery processes, and customer escalations.
- Good communication, negotiation, leadership, and team management skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and collection dialers.
