A Collections Team Leader is responsible for managing and guiding a team of field collection executives and telecalling agents to achieve monthly debt recovery targets, improve cash flow, and ensure timely payment collection while maintaining professional standards and compliance. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise field collection executives and telecalling agents. Monitor daily collection activities and achieve monthly recovery targets.

Allocate accounts, assign field visits, and track follow-ups. Handle overdue accounts, escalations, and difficult customer cases. Monitor team performance, productivity, and collection reports. Ensure professional customer communication and compliance with collection policies.

Motivate team members and provide guidance to improve collection performance.

RequirementsExperience in debt collection,



loan recovery, or accounts receivable.

Experience handling both field collection teams and telecalling agents. Strong team management, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to achieve collection targets and prepare daily and monthly reports.

Benefits Fixed Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month Petrol Allowance: ₹3,000 per month Additional Benefits: Performance-based incentives Total Fixed Monthly Earnings: ₹28,000–₹33,000, plus incentives Preferred Candidate: A result-oriented qualified with strong leadership skills and experience in managing both field and telecalling collections.
