Key Requirements:

- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Collection / Telecalling
- Experience in loan/finance collections will be an advantage
- Freshers can also apply
- DRA certification preferred
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Target-oriented with a positive and qualified approach

Key Responsibilities:

- Make collection and payment follow-up calls to customers
- Follow up with customers for timely payment of outstanding dues
- Handle customer queries related to pending payments
- Maintain proper call records and follow-up details
- Achieve assigned collection and productivity targets
