Key Responsibilities

- Contact customers through phone calls, messages, and field visits to collect overdue payments.

- Follow up with customers regarding pending EMIs, loan repayments, credit card dues, or other outstanding balances.

- Explain payment schedules, due dates, and available payment options to customers.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

Required Skills

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.

- Ability to handle customers professionally.

- Robust follow-up and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
