Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and trustworthy Collection Boy to handle cheque and payment collections from customers, submit collected payments to the office, and assist the Accounts Department with collection-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit customers, distributors, and dealers to collect payments as per the assigned schedule.
- Collect cheques, cash, and other payment instruments as authorized by the company.
- Submit collected payments and cheques to the Accounts Department on time.
- Obtain payment receipts, acknowledgements, and necessary supporting documents.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending payments and outstanding dues.
- Maintain proper records of collections and customer visits.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Accounts Teams regarding payment status.
- Ensure the secure handling of cash,



cheques, and other company documents.
- Perform other collection-related duties as assigned by the management.

Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Minimum 10th / 12th Pass.
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in payment collection, fieldwork, or a similar role. Freshers may also apply.
- Basic communication skills in Hindi and Marathi.
- Knowledge of Mumbai routes and local areas will be an advantage.
- Must be honest, punctual, responsible, and comfortable with field travel.
