Job Title: CNC & VMC & Sliding Head Machine Setter

Job Summary:

The CNC & VMC Machine Setter is responsible for setting up CNC and Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines, ensuring correct tooling, fixtures, offsets, and parameters to achieve accurate and efficient production as per engineering drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up CNC and VMC machines for production runs
- Select, install, and align cutting tools, fixtures, and workpieces
- Set work offsets, tool offsets, and machine parameters
- Support CNC operators during production
- Reduce cycle time and improve productivity
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
- Maintain machine cleanliness and basic preventive maintenance

Skills & Qualifications:

- 10th/ 12th/ITI/ Diploma / BE or any degree

Experience:

- 1–10 years of experience as CNC / VMC & Sliding Head Machine Setter

Working Conditions:

- Shop-floor manufacturing workplace
- Rotational shifts may be required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
