Job Responsibilities

- Operate CNC Turning machines independently to meet daily production targets.

- Set up machines, install tools, and adjust tool offsets and machine parameters.

- Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and process sheets.

- Select appropriate tools and ensure correct machining operations.

- Inspect machined components using precision measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges.

- Perform basic troubleshooting and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality.

- Monitor machining processes and ensure dimensional accuracy of finished components.

- Maintain production records and follow quality control procedures.

- Follow workplace safety standards, housekeeping, and 5S practices.

- Maintain machine cleanliness and report maintenance requirements.





Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of relevant CNC Turning machine operating experience.

- ITI, Diploma, or relevant technical qualification preferred.

- Good knowledge of CNC Turning machine operation and tooling.

- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

- Experience using precision measuring instruments.

- Solid focus on quality, productivity, and safety.

- Good discipline, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to relocate to Por Vadodara, Gujarat.

- Immediate joining preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
