We are looking for an experienced Manual CNC Programmer – CNC Turning with strong hands-on expertise in manual CNC programming, machine setup, tooling, and production machining. The ideal candidate should be proficient in programming CNC turning machines using G-codes and M-codes and capable of handling both Tool Room and Production activities in the valve manufacturing and fasteners industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, edit, and optimize manual CNC programs directly at the machine control panel.

- Develop and execute CNC programs using G-codes and M-codes for CNC turning machines.

- Read and interpret engineering drawings and machining specifications.

- Perform tool selection, tool offset setting, and program prove-out.

- Assist CNC operators with machine setup and production activities.

- Conduct first-piece inspection and obtain approval before commencing regular production.

- Monitor machining processes to ensure product quality and dimensional accuracy.

- Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.





- Independently troubleshoot programming and machining-related issues.

- Handle multiple production jobs efficiently according to production priorities.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in manual CNC programming.

- Experience with Fanuc or Siemens CNC controls; Fanuc experience is preferred.

- Good understanding of CNC turning operations and machining processes.

- Knowledge of cutting parameters, tooling, and machining practices.

- Positive knowledge of GD&T; and measuring instruments.

- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple jobs efficiently.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineering preferred.

- Experience 5 – 12 Years

- ITI candidates with relevant hands-on manual CNC programming experience may also be considered.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
