About the role

Rise Research works with technical experts to build the hardest problems for AI models. We’re looking for CNC and CAM instructors, trainers and machinists to write original tasks that today’s leading AI models can’t reliably solve.

What you’ll do

- Create complex, unpublished tasks in areas such as G-code and M-code programming, toolpath strategy, feeds and speeds, workholding, tooling selection and machining process planning.
- Or review tasks written by other experts and check their accuracy and difficulty.

Who we’re looking for

- Instructors, senior instructors, trainers, programmers and machinists with hands-on CNC or CAM experience.
- Familiarity with tools such as Fusion 360 CAM, Mastercam, Siemens NX CAM or Fanuc/Siemens controllers.
- Ability to write clear, precise problems with one verifiable correct answer.

What we need in a task

Original,



unpublished and not available on the internet. Complex enough that AI models like ChatGPT and Claude can’t reliably solve it today.

What you get

- Up to ₹10,000 per verified task you create. Review work is paid too.
- Paid once your task is verified.
- We run all compute and checks. You don’t need any AI tools or setup.
