Position - Cluster Head - Maintenance

Location: New Mumbai ( Nhava Sheva)

Experience: 5-12 Years

Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering

CTC Budget: Up to 14 LPA

Travel Requirement: 70-80%

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead maintenance operations across multiple battery swapping and EV infrastructure locations.
- Ensure smooth functioning of Battery Systems, Chargers, EOT Cranes, Transformers, PSS, LT & HT Panels, and EV charging/swapping infrastructure.
- Manage preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Monitor and maintain infrastructure stations up to 3 MW capacity.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical issues and implement corrective actions.
- Drive uptime, reliability, safety,



and compliance across all sites.
- Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, and internal stakeholders for maintenance support.
- Prepare maintenance reports, KPIs, and improvement plans.

Required Skills:

- Solid technical expertise in Battery Systems, Electrical Infrastructure, and Automation.
- Hands-on experience with LT/HT Panels, Transformers, Chargers, and Power Distribution Systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Team management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.
