 Responsible disbursal targets as per the defined productivity of DST Channel.  Maintaining relationship with developers, real estate agents and other alternative channels for business. ��� Formulate & implement sales strategy to achieve the targets.  Market intelligence and update sales strategy to achieve targets setMaintain relevant MIS to track individual cases.  Liaise with Credit and Operations to optimize productivity and TAT.  Managing promotional activities to generate business of DST Channel  Monitoring and motivating team members to achive their optimum productivity . Periodically evaluate them in terms of Productivity and Quality of Sourcing  Maintaining yield / product mix and productivity of the assigned territory.  Managing hiring/attrition and nurture & train team members of branches.  To derive optimum productivity from the team.  To create current APF and business Associates.
