Job Title: Closing Manager
Job Summary
Responsible for managing the complete property/project closing process, ensuring documentation, payments, customer coordination,
and handovers are completed accurately and on time.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end closing and handover activities.
- Coordinate with customers, sales, finance, legal, and operations teams.
- Ensure timely completion of documentation and payments.
- Resolve customer queries related to closing and handover.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare regular status reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
Requirements: Graduate with minimum 8 years of relevant experience in real estate, property, or customer operations. Solid leadership, coordination, communication, and documentation skills.Regards,
