Closing Manager – Real Estate

Location: Ulwe, Navi Mumbai

Experience: 3–5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and close property sales deals from lead to final booking.
- Handle negotiations, follow-ups, site visits and customer queries.
- Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Legal & Documentation teams.
- Achieve monthly booking and revenue targets.
- Maintain solid relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Ensure smooth and timely closure of deals.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in real estate sales/closing.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Good knowledge of Navi Mumbai real estate market preferred.
