Job Summary

C-Kare Health Group is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Clinical Manager to oversee clinical documentation, quality audits, patient follow-up systems, and clinical compliance across its managed dental and hospital-based clinical units.

The role involves coordinating with doctors, branch coordinators, the Clinical Director, and operations management to ensure accurate patient records, proper consent documentation, effective treatment follow-up, and consistent clinical quality reporting.

This is a non-clinical management role focused on clinical governance, documentation, compliance, and performance monitoring. Clinical decisions remain under the authority of the Clinical Director.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct daily clinical documentation audits by comparing patient case sheets with Dentobees EMR entries.
- Verify completeness of medical and dental history, diagnosis, treatment plans, treatment records, prescriptions, and consent forms.
- Check documentation of allergies, medical alerts, required investigations, radiographs, and physician clearance where applicable.
- Identify documentation errors, coordinate corrections with doctors, and escalate clinical concerns to the Clinical Director.
- Maintain pending treatment registers for procedures such as root canal treatment, crowns, implants, and fillings.
- Monitor patient follow-ups, post-operative calls, review appointments, orthodontic reviews, and implant follow-ups.
- Track treatment plans against treatments initiated and identify gaps in treatment conversion.
- Monitor doctor-wise documentation scores, repeated errors, treatment complications, failures,



and remakes.
- Coordinate doctor training sessions with the Clinical Director and monitor improvements following training.
- Conduct scheduled visits to managed units to review records, meet doctors and coordinators, and submit audit reports.
- Prepare daily audit reports, weekly doctor and unit rankings, corrective action plans, and monthly clinical performance summaries.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable data protection requirements.

Eligibility Criteria
- A dental or healthcare-related qualification is required. Suitable backgrounds include dental hygiene, dental assisting, dental nursing, BSc in Dental or Allied Health Sciences, or a degree/diploma in Hospital or Healthcare Administration.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in a dental clinic, hospital dental department, medical records, or healthcare quality department.
- Good understanding of dental terminology, treatment procedures, and clinical documentation.
- Working knowledge of EMR/HMS software; experience with Dentobees is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and performance tracking.
- Good written and spoken communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Willingness to travel to clinical units across Kozhikode, Kannur, Kottakkal, and Malappuram.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with NABH/JCI documentation or clinical audits.
- Experience in multi-branch dental or hospital operations.
- Familiarity with clinical quality indicators, patient follow-up systems, and doctor performance reporting.
