Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Kochi – CSEZ, Kerala

Key Responsibilities

- Review medical records for accuracy, completeness, and clarity.
- Audit clinical documentation for compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
- Identify documentation gaps and provide constructive feedback to clinical and coding teams.
- Ensure accurate documentation of diagnoses and procedures to support appropriate coding.
- Prepare audit reports, recommend corrective actions, and support quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to enhance documentation practices and maintain quality standards.

What We're Looking For





- A degree in Nursing or Physiotherapy is mandatory.
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with valid credentials.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in clinical documentation, chart review, medical scribing, auditing, or a related role in a clinical or BPO setting will be an added advantage.
