We are looking for a responsible and organized Clinic Coordinator to support daily clinic operations, monitor service quality, collect patient feedback, and coordinate with clinic staff to ensure smooth functioning across branches.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular visits to clinics to monitor daily operations and service standards.

- Collect patient feedback and coordinate with clinic teams to improve patient satisfaction.

- Monitor CCTV footage as required to review operational practices, punctuality, and adherence to company procedures.

- Check staff attendance, grooming, professionalism, and patient interaction.

- Monitor clinic cleanliness, maintenance, and overall environment.

- Identify operational issues and report them to the management team.

- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, receptionists, and other clinic staff.

- Prepare regular clinic visit reports and submit observations to management.

- Follow up on patient complaints and ensure timely resolution.

- Support the implementation of company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Social Work, Hospital Administration, or a related field.

- Previous experience in clinic coordination, hospital administration, healthcare operations, or a similar role is preferred.

- Positive communication, coordination, and reporting skills.

- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.

- Willingness to travel between clinic locations as required.
