Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Kalyan for a Client Servicing Executive – Mainline and Digital. The role involves managing day-to-day client communication, understanding client briefs, and coordinating with internal creative, digital, and media teams to deliver campaigns and ongoing projects.

The Client Servicing

Executive will prepare and share presentations, status reports, and performance updates, while ensuring timely delivery and quality of all client deliverables.

Responsibilities include supporting account planning, gathering client feedback, resolving service issues, and helping identify opportunities to grow client accounts across mainline and digital platforms.



The role also requires maintaining accurate documentation, participating in review meetings, and collaborating with senior team members on strategy and execution.

Qualifications

- Strong client-facing abilities with skills in Client Services and Client Relations.
- Experience preparing and delivering professional Presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Account Management skills to oversee project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
- Valuable understanding of mainline and digital marketing concepts and campaign workflows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; agency experience is an advantage.
