Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Client Relationship Manager to build solid client relationships, manage enquiries, coordinate site visits, and support sales activities.

Key Responsibilities - Handle client enquiries, follow-ups, and complaints.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate site visits, property presentations, and client meetings.
- Support the sales team in converting leads into customers.
- Maintain client databases, CRM records, and follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction.




- Resolve client concerns professionally and promptly.

Requirements - Minimum 5+ years of experience in client relationship management.

- Real estate industry experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Any graduate; Business Administration or Marketing qualifications are an advantage.
