About the Role

We are looking for a confident, proactive, and well-spoken Client Relations & Telecalling Executive to join our team in Raipur.

This role is a combination of telecalling, customer relationship management, sales follow-ups, and client query handling.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with customers, building relationships, resolving queries, and converting enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Follow up with potential customers, existing leads, and abandoned checkouts.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Handle order-related queries, complaints, and customer concerns.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order updates and timely resolutions.




- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups in CRM systems.
- Support the sales team in lead conversion and customer retention.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, client relations, inside sales, or CRM.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English .
- Confident and skilled telephone etiquette.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Excel, and basic CRM tools.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to build customer relationships.
- Must be based in Raipur or willing to relocate .
