Hiring Alert | Analyst Client Onboarding & Activation Transformation (COAT)

Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about delivering operational excellence? We are looking for an Analyst to join the Client Onboarding & Activation Transformation (COAT) – Authority Management Team.

Role Overview The COAT Authority Management team is responsible for managing updates to signer information on Treasury systems of record. The role involves maintaining and updating signer profiles, including details such as names, dates of birth, addresses, and other critical client information through the Authority Management platform.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure tasks are completed within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Adhere to all Risk, Control, and Regulatory requirements

Meet individual productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time targets

Follow all Non-Negotiable Tasks (NNTs) and process guidelines

Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams via email and online communication channels

Resolve internal customer queries and provide timely status updates

Required Skills & Qualifications





6 months to 2+ years of relevant experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail

Strong time management and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a rapid-paced workplace

Comfortable working in flexible shifts

Preferred Skills

- Treasury domain knowledge (good to have)
- Stakeholder management experience
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Quick learner with adaptability to changing business requirements
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
