Job Summary LA Excellence Academy is looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Legal Aptitude Faculty member to train students preparing for the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) and other law entrance examinations. The candidate should have a strong foundation in legal reasoning, an understanding of the CLAT examination pattern, and the ability to explain legal concepts in a simple and engaging manner.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Legal Aptitude and Legal Reasoning for CLAT and other law entrance examinations.
- Cover legal principles, legal facts, constitutional fundamentals, current legal developments, and principle-based reasoning.
- Train students to solve passage-based legal reasoning questions accurately and efficiently.
- Develop lesson plans, practice questions, mock tests, and study materials.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions, assessments, and performance reviews.
- Help students improve their analytical thinking, reading comprehension, and time management.
- Keep students updated on relevant legal and examination-related developments.




- Support CLAT preparation strategies and contribute to improving students' examination performance.

Eligibility Criteria
- Law graduates or postgraduates from NALSAR University of Law or other National Law Universities (NLUs) are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of legal reasoning and the CLAT syllabus.
- Prior CLAT coaching or teaching experience is preferred; capable freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to explain complex legal concepts in a student-friendly manner.

Employment & Compensation
- Full time: Monthly salary, negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
- Hourly Basis: Payment per teaching hour or session, mutually agreed upon based on experience and expertise.
- Flexible engagement options may be considered for suitable candidates.

Location LA Excellence Academy, as per the assigned branch or teaching requirement. Preferred Background: NALSAR University of Law and other NLUs.

Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹2,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 per week
