Dcasa Homes is looking for a responsible and enthusiastic Civil Site Supervisor to assist with day-to-day construction activities at residential building sites.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with previous experience in residential construction will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities at residential building sites.
- Monitor the work of construction workers and contractors.
- Ensure construction work follows approved drawings and specifications.
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Monitor site progress and provide regular updates to management.
- Assist with site measurements and material requirements.
- Coordinate with workers and other site personnel.




- Report site issues and assist in resolving construction-related problems.
- Maintain site records and ensure proper housekeeping.

Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or ITI in a relevant civil/construction trade.
- Freshers may apply.
- Experience in residential building construction is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of construction methods and building drawings.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Willingness to work at construction sites as required.

Salary Up to ₹12,000 per month, depending on skills and suitability.
