Role & responsibilities :

- Candidate should have sound knowledge of residential, Infra & Plotted Development Projects.

- Candidate should have sound knowledge of day-to-day construction work.

- Monitoring project progress against plans, schedules, and budget.

- Ensuring all work is completed according to specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

- Managing resources, including labor, materials, and equipment

- . Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

- Educating and training workers on protected work practices and accident prevention.

- Managing material inventory and minimizing waste.

- Ensuring efficient use of labor and equipment.

- Maintaining accurate records of work completed, materials used, and labor hours.
