We are looking for Senior Civil Engineer with 2+ years of BESS experience for utility-scale energy storage projects across India.
This is an urgent requirement for Immediate Joiners only.
Role Overview:
- Position: Senior Civil Engineer (BESS)
- Location: PAN India (Site-based)
- Experience: 2+ years in BESS civil works
- Notice Period: Immediate Joiner (Max 7–10 days)
Key Responsibilities:
- Foundations & Infrastructure: Supervise construction of heavy equipment foundations, battery container pads, transformer yards, access roads, and drainage systems.
- Perimeter Security & Fencing: Oversee the layout, foundation, and high-quality installation of chain-link fencing, razor wire, boundary walls, and gates.
- Quality & Code Compliance: Ensure strict QA/QC for concrete, earthwork, and steel erection as per Indian Standard (IS)
codes and Field Quality Plans (FQP).
- Site Management: Manage site, resolve site bottlenecks.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Align with electrical teams to integrate battery containers and connect perimeter fencing to the site earthing grid.
Candidate Profile:
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- BESS Expertise: Minimum 2 years of direct civil experience in Battery Energy Storage Systems, substations, or solar switchyards.
- Technical Knowledge: Robust understanding of heavy foundations, site grading, and security fencing specifications (anti-corrosion/anti-climb).
- Flexibility: Willingness to relocate or travel across various project sites in India.
