Role Description This is a full time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Gwalior.

The Civil

Engineer will support planning, design, and supervision of infrastructure projects, including preparation of drawings, technical specifications, and design reports.

Responsibilities include performing site inspections, coordinating with project managers and multidisciplinary teams, reviewing contractor submissions, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and codes.



The role involves contributing to stormwater management and other civil engineering solutions, monitoring construction quality, and assisting in resolving technical issues on site.

The Civil

Engineer will also help in preparing progress documentation, supporting client communications, and maintaining health, safety, and environmental best practices during project execution.

Qualifications

- Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design skills, with the ability to apply engineering principles to roads, water infrastructure, and urban projects.
- Civil Engineers background and Planning skills to support project feasibility, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Stormwater Management skills for designing drainage systems and water management solutions aligned with local regulations and environmental standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent); postgraduate specialization in transportation, structural, or water resources engineering is an advantage.
- Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar), and familiarity with Indian and international codes and standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to accuracy and safety.
- Ability to work on-site, collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders, and communicate clearly in written and spoken English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
- Prior experience in highways, urban infrastructure, or water-related projects, especially with government or internationally funded projects, is beneficial.
