Role Description The Circle Manager – All Banks role is a full-time, in office position based in Pune City. The role involves managing and growing mutual fund business across partner banks within the assigned circle, ensuring consistent achievement of sales and AUM targets.

The Circle

Manager will develop and maintain strong relationships with bank branches and key stakeholders, drive product awareness and training, and support joint marketing and customer engagement initiatives. Daily activities include tracking performance metrics, analyzing market and customer data, coordinating with internal teams for product and process support,



and ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational guidelines. The role also requires regular branch visits, implementation of strategic business plans, and timely reporting to leadership on circle performance and opportunities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong sales and business development skills, including target achievement, pipeline management, and relationship building with banking partners.
- Candidates should possess sound knowledge of mutual funds, investment products, and capital markets, along with the ability to explain product features and benefits clearly to stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess analytical and reporting skills, such as data interpretation, performance tracking, and preparation of business reviews and presentations.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills, including stakeholder management, negotiation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
