Reporting To: Creative Head / Production Manager

Role Overview

Plan and execute high-quality video shoots by managing camera operations, lighting, and visual composition in line with creative concepts and production requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan camera angles, lighting setups, shot sequences, and equipment requirements before shoots.
- Coordinate with the Production Manager and creative team to ensure shoot readiness.
- Set up locations, check equipment, and execute shots according to the approved shot list and storyboard.
- Operate cameras and capture high-quality video footage and stills.
- Ensure proper framing, exposure, focus, lighting, and visual consistency.
- Back up and organize footage, maintain footage logs, and hand over media to the Video Editor.
- Review footage quality and support reshoots or additional shots when required.

Qualifications & Experience





- Degree or diploma in Cinematography, Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of relevant cinematography or skilled video production experience.
- Portfolio demonstrating camera work, lighting, composition, and commercial or brand video projects.

- Footage quality and visual consistency.
- Adherence to shot lists, production schedules, and deadlines.
- Equipment readiness and proper media backup.
- Effective coordination and timely footage handover.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of cameras, lenses, lighting, and camera accessories.
- Understanding of composition, exposure, framing, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work on location and adapt to different shooting conditions.
- Attention to detail, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
