Job Summary

Reliant Group of Institutions is looking for a creative and skilled Cinematographer cum Video Editor to produce high-quality video content for the institution's marketing, branding, promotional activities, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong editing skills, and the ability to create engaging videos that highlight our courses, campus, events, student activities, and institutional achievements.

Key Responsibilities

- Shoot high-quality videos and photographs for promotional and marketing purposes.

- Plan, shoot, and edit videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

- Create promotional videos for courses, admissions, campus activities, events, and institutional campaigns.

- Handle camera equipment, lighting, microphones, and other video production tools.

- Edit videos using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.

- Add transitions, effects, colour correction, sound mixing, subtitles, and motion graphics as required.

- Develop creative video concepts and storyboards for marketing campaigns.

- Coordinate with the marketing and admissions teams to understand content requirements.

- Capture student testimonials, faculty interviews, events, and campus activities.





- Ensure consistent video quality and maintain the institution's branding standards.

- Organise and maintain video footage and project files.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Diploma or degree in Cinematography, Film Making, Video Editing, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.

- 1–3 years of experience in videography and video editing is preferred.

- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.

- Knowledge of camera operations, lighting, framing, composition, and audio recording.

- Experience creating engaging social media videos and promotional content.

- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and colour grading.

- Creativity, attention to detail, and positive time-management skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous work is required.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in educational institution marketing, digital marketing, or corporate video production.

- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, or Canva.

- Ability to shoot and edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, interviews, and promotional advertisements.

- Basic photography skills.

- Willingness to cover institutional events and activities when required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
