Role Description

We are hiring on behalf of a US-based Photo Studio client for the role of Chief of Ops & Communications. We’re looking for a confident, articulate and independent qualified to serve as a central point of contact for their internal team and clients.

Communication is key to this role. You’ll lead client interactions, keep teams aligned, manage priorities and ensure seamless coordination across the business. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, exercises sound judgement and operates proactively with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities





- Lead internal and client communications, ensuring clarity and timely follow-through.
- Oversee operational coordination, priorities and workflows.
- Manage client relationships and ensure a qualified, responsive experience.
- Take ownership of issues and drive them to resolution.
- Excellent spoken and written English, with confident, natural communication suited to US and UK clients.
- Strong experience in operations, client management or business coordination.
- Sound judgement, initiative and the ability to work independently.
- A highly organised, proactive professional comfortable taking ownership.
